Cancellation Policy & Fees

Our office is unique in that we provide one-on-one chiropractic and massage care where no one else is scheduled or seen during the time reserved for you. To maintain our business and continue this quality of care, we require patients to give us atleast 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Our Schedulicity page has our 24 hour policy set. If you’re unable to cancel online, you are most likely within 24 hours of your appointment.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to:

  • $110 for Massage services up to 60 minutes
  • $155 for 90 minute Massage services
  • $76 for a regular Chiropractic session
  • $144 for an extended Chiropractic session

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and may have traveled to the spa specifically for your service.

While this fee may not cover the full cost of the time you’re choosing to see us, it atleast helps us pay our practitioners and support team so we can help them maintain their livelihood in Seattle. If respecting and honoring our need to support our team doesn’t feel in alignment with you, please choose a different office. We value caring for you and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies.

Flourish offers benefit packages for our full time employees and 401(k) for all – the cancellation policy amount goes toward their wages and benefits & does not cover all costs for business.

Please note: The fee will be charged to the card on file and cannot be billed to your insurance company. We cannot do this, as this would be insurance fraud. This fee is in place to help pay our providers, front desk staff, and overhead charges to help us stay open for you. We appreciate your understanding and willingness to comply with our office policy.
